Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Preview first, pay only to publish

Creating and previewing a Gift Page in full is free — you see the complete page before you decide anything. The only required payment is the one-time ₹99publishing charge that turns your previewed page into a permanent, shareable page hosted by us. Because you have already seen exactly what you are paying for, and the digital page is delivered to you immediately on payment, the publishing charge is generally non-refundable.

2. When we do refund

We will refund the publishing charge (or a voluntary tip) in these cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charge: charged twice, or charged for something you did not intend? We refund it in full.
• Technical error: if you were charged but your page did not publish, or something clearly went wrong, write to us within 7 days and we will make it right — refund or fix, your choice.

3. Voluntary tips

Separately, you may leave an optional “buy me a coffee” tip of any amount. A tip is a voluntary contribution and unlocks nothing, so tips are non-refundable except in the duplicate/accidental or technical-error cases above.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days of approval.

5. Taking down a page

You may ask us to take down a published page at any time. Email ai.rupinder@gmail.com with the page link.
